Every once in a while, there appears on the horizon a group that possesses a special aura about them; a sound of harmony and excitement in their performance, and a dedicated and sincere approach as to why they sing gospel music. Such is the make-up of The Guardians.

Homer Fry
|
|
Baritone of The Guardians, Homer is revered by fans and musicians alike as one of the greatest baritones of our day. He has been involved with music for over 60 years.

Dale Uhrig
|
|
Bass singer and manager of The Guardians, Dale has also been involved in gospel music for over 60 years. Dale is emcee and founding member of the Guardians.

Neil Uhrig
|
|
Lead singer of The Guardians, Neil is Dale’s son. He has had much musical experience with his father, in the Uhrig Brothers Quartet, and is acclaimed by many as an outstanding lead singer.

Dean Hickman
|
|
It is not very often that a tenor singer comes along with a vocal range as that of Dean. Dean assists Dale with management of the group.

Elba Heilman
|
|
Elba sings a fifth part for The Guardians as well as assists with vocal arrangements for the group. Elba is an accomplished musician adding strength and depth to The Guardian’s music.

Tony Ackley
|
|
Tony serves as the Bus Driver and Sound Engineer for The Guardians. Tony is loved and admired by all who meet him.
